Andreas Pacher

Paris

Andreas Pacher is a former editor-in-chief of Nouvelle Europe. He currently operates the Observatory of International Research (OOIR), a website which automatically tracks the latest papers and trending research across the social sciences.

At Nouvelle Europe, he organized various dossiers in 2016-17, including:

  • 'Digital Diplomacy in Europe' (PDF), 
  • 'Nationalism and National Indifference in Contemporary Europe' (PDF), and
  • 'Visegrad and the Eastern Partnership'.
