Andreas Pacher

Andreas Pacher studied Law at the University of Vienna (Austria), gained professional legal experience, and pursued a postgraduate in International Relations at SciencesPo (Paris, France) and at Fudan University (Shanghai, PR China). His topics of interest include state awards, public diplomacy and energy politics. He led and participated in the dossiers 'Nationalism and National Indifference in Contemporary Europe' (PDF here), 'Visegrad and the Eastern Partnership' and 'A Post-Brexit Visegrad'. In the beginning of 2017, he became editor-in-chief of Nouvelle Europe.
