Andreas Pacher is editor-in-chief of Nouvelle Europe.
He received his academic education at the University of Vienna (Austria), at SciencesPo in Paris (France), and at Fudan University in Shanghai (PR China).
He published a peer-review work about public diplomacy theory in The Hague Journal of Diplomacy ("Strategic Publics in Public Diplomacy: A Typology"). His various working papers on diplomacy can be downloaded at SSRN or at ResearchGate.
At Nouvelle Europe, he organized various dossiers, including:
